From May 8, 2023, HOTEL PAGODA will make the following changes to its guest room cleaning procedures in order to reduce the impact on the environment as part of our SDGs efforts.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Rooms will generally be cleaned once every two days during your stay.
If you need the room to be cleaned every day, or if you do not need the room to be cleaned every day, please let us know at the front desk.
Cleaning is available until 11:00 AM on the day of your stay.
During your stay, we will start cleaning between 10:00 and 14:00.
If you would like us to change your towel, please let us know in advance at the front desk and we will hang it on the doorknob.

If you are staying for more than 5 nights in a row, we may have to clean the room for sanitary reasons.

DORMITORY ROOMS

We will not change the bed sheets during your stay.
Shared areas (shower, toilet, floor) will be cleaned between 10:00 and 15:00.
Please inform the front desk if you need to have your sheets changed due to special circumstances.
Please notify the front desk in advance if you wish to have your towels changed.
Cleaning is available until 11:00 AM on the same day.

For guests staying 5 nights or more in a row, we may change the sheets for sanitary reasons.
